St Austell Brewery - Proper Job IPA | Pub Promotion

These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant and the promoter, St Austell Brewery Co Ltd, 63 Trevarthian Road, St Austell, PL25 4BY.

Eligibility
The competition is only open to residents in the UK aged 18 or over. St Austell Brewery Co Ltd assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions. The competition is not open to employees of St Austell Brewery.

How to Enter
Post a photo of your pint or half pint of Proper Job on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #ProperIPA. We will not see your entry unless you use the hashtag.Alternatively upload your photo via the form above. Entrants may enter as many times as they wish, provided each photo submitted is different. All entries received by 11.59pm on 31^st December 2018 will be considered. Three favourite photos will be selected and winners will be contacted during the week commencing Monday 7^th January 2019.

Prizes
There are three prizes in total – consisting of:

1. Proper Brewery: Two nights at The Rashleigh Arms in Charlestown with dinner on the first night, two tickets to our interactive brewery experience (with tasters included) along with lunch and beer tasting at the Hicks Bar at the St Austell Brewery Visitor Centre to the value of £50. You’ll also receive two cases (24 x 500ml bottles) of Proper Job.
2. Proper Foodie: Two nights at The Old Custom House in Padstow with dinner on the first night, a meal at The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow where our Proper Job ambassador, Jack Stein, is the chef director to the value of £200. You’ll also receive two cases (24 x 500ml bottles) of Proper Job.
3. Proper Cornish: Two nights at The Chain Locker in Falmouth with dinner on the first night, two tickets to The National Maritime Museum, two day-return tickets on the St Mawes Ferry, one of Cornwall’s most iconic boat trips. You’ll also receive two cases (24 x 500ml bottles) of Proper Job.

The competition closes at midnight on 31st December 2018. Three winners will be chosen after the competition closing date. If a winner does not respond in the time stated on our reply, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another winner. All prizes are subject to availability. The prize you are offered must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. The prizes exclude travel. Accommodation must be booked by 31^st January 2019 and taken by 31^st October 2019.  Excludes bank holidays and summer holidays. The Proper Job will be sent directly to you. There is no cash alternative. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. We reserve the right to offer the prize to another entrant, should the selected winner not respond to us during the time stated in our reply.

General
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice), by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

By entering the competition, you consent to us using your photo for the competition and for future marketing purposes.

Your registered data will not be passed onto any third party. Your registered details will not be used for anything other than for the purpose of monitoring this competition. You will not be contacted with further marketing materials by Proper Job or St Austell Brewery unless you request your wish to do so via opt-in.

Social Media
By entering the competition, you agree to have your name and entry shared across Proper Job and/or St Austell Brewery’s social media channels. Your name will not be shared until you have formally accepted the prize.
